Repeat Prescription Form & Food Orders

The following form can be used to place orders for food and/or requests for repeat prescriptions. Once completed, please click submit for it to be sent to us via email.

This service is available to existing clients only, and any requests are subject to authorisation by a veterinary surgeon.

Requests for repeat prescriptions and food can usually be processed within 48 hours.
Requests placed before midday on a Friday will be available the following Monday.
